1. Chop the oxtail into pieces, wash it, blanch it in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove it and drain it

2. Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces; wash the carrots and cut into dices; wash the celery and cut into sections; wash the apples and cut into dices

3. Put the wok on the fire, add oil, heat until 50% hot, add chopped green onion and ginger slices, and stir-fry until fragrant

4. Add the oxtail and fry over low heat until fragrant

5. Inject appropriate amount of clean water

6. Add tomato cubes, carrot cubes, celery, apple cubes, rock sugar and tomato sauce and boil.

7. Transfer to an electric stew pot, cook on low heat for 1.5 hours, add salt and chicken essence
