Method 1:

1. Ingredients:

Main ingredients: goose 1000g

Accessories: oil, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, ginger slices, star anise, onion, cooking wine

2. Steps:

1. Wash the goose meat and chop it into pieces. Soak it in clean water to remove blood.

2. Prepare the seasoning

3. Boil in cold water, pick up and wash

4. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, heat the oil to 50% and sauté the star anise and ginger slices until fragrant

5. Pour in the goose meat and stir fry evenly

6. Add cooking wine

7. Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce

5 spoons of white sugar seasoning spoon

How to make braised goose meat (sweet and fresh)

1. Cut the goose meat into pieces, wash it, put it into a pot of cold water, add ginger and cooking wine, blanch it, wash it and dry it

2. Blanching can remove some of the smell. Boil the water for 2 minutes and then turn off the heat.

3. Cut some ginger and garlic again, heat the pan, pour in oil, stir-fry ginger and garlic, then pour in goose meat

4. Stir-fry for a few times, add soy sauce, sugar, spices, and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat. Because goose meat is not easy to stew until crispy, add more water and simmer over low heat.

5. Simmer for about an hour, turn to high heat to reduce the sauce, and add chopped green onions.
