How to make meat and shrimp wontons

Food is vital to our human body and is closely related to our life. A good diet can prolong your life. On the contrary, a bad diet can take away our precious lives. So, what constitutes a good diet? I guess I have to at least do it myself. Now, let me introduce to you the method of making large wontons with fresh meat and shrimp.

1.12 Chop the shrimp into small pieces, add to the minced pork, add 1 egg white, cooking wine, salt, white pepper, and cornstarch, and beat in one direction until it is strong.

2.21 There are many ways to make wontons, but my favorite is the one my grandma taught me. It is simple and quick. As shown in the picture: Take a wonton wrapper and put an appropriate amount of stuffing in the middle

3. Apply water to the edges of the left, right and front 3 sides.

4. Fold in half (remember to exhaust the gas);

5. Rotate 180° so that the side with the two folded edges faces downward.

6. Put a little water on the upper left corner, then stick the bottom of the upper right corner to the top of the upper left corner, and the wonton is wrapped.

7. Sprinkle some flour on the bottom of the plate and place the wrapped wontons on the plate one by one. If you want to eat them right after wrapping them, you can put them directly into the pot. If you don’t eat it right away or can’t finish it in one go, you can freeze it in the refrigerator along with the plate. After the wontons are frozen solid, take them out, put them into a plastic bag and put them back into the refrigerator for storage.

8. Prepare the soup base: soy sauce, salt, vinegar, chili sauce, minced garlic, mustard tuber, oyster sauce, sesame oil, add a tablespoon of boiling water and stir well

9. Boil wontons: Put wontons into the water after the water boils, stir the water with a spoon to make sure they stick to the bottom; boil again, then add a bowl of cold water along the edge of the pot; when the wontons float on the water when it boils for the third time, you can remove them from the pot and add the soup base. Sprinkle some chopped celery or green onion on top and enjoy!

Only by eating well can we have a healthy body. For the sake of nutrition and health, we should try to eat out less often. It is more nutritious and healthier to cook at home. Let’s get started and make today’s large wontons with fresh meat and shrimp.
