1. Add about a spoonful of salt to the flour

8. Take a piece of gluten, make it as round as possible and put it in the baking pan

9. Place the baking tray in the middle layer, bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until golden brown. You will find that the gluten will swell up when baking.

10. Soak the black fungus and set aside

11. Hot pan with cold oil

12. Add the roasted gluten prepared earlier

13. Add a little light soy sauce and dark soy sauce

14. Add rock sugar, stir fry for a while, then add water to cover half of the gluten.

15. After boiling, reduce heat and cook for another 5 minutes

16. Add black fungus, bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes

17. Add chopped green garlic

18. Add homemade MSG (see recipe)

19. Drizzle with sesame oil and serve.
