6. Heat some oil in another wok.

9. When other vegetables are 50% to 60% cooked, pour in the sweet potato vermicelli and stir-fry. Keep frying. You can use a pair of chopsticks in one hand and a spatula in the other hand to pick up and stir-fry. This way it will not stick to the pan. If it is dry, add a little water, but not too much, otherwise it will stick to the pan. It is better with broth.

10. Add five-spice powder, salt (add salt for the second time), and dark soy sauce and stir-fry.

11. Serve in a bowl.

Tips

The frying process should be continuous. You can use a pair of chopsticks in one hand and a spatula in the other hand to pick up and stir-fry, so that it will not stick to the pan.

If it is dry, add a little water, but don’t add too much, otherwise it will stick to the pan.

It would be better if there is broth.

Sweet potato vermicelli with spinach

Material

1 handful of sweet potato vermicelli, 1 handful of spinach, 4 cloves of garlic (crushed with a garlic pick), shredded green onion
