9. Move the hazelnuts that have been kept warm in the oven to the countertop, pour 8 on the hazelnuts, stir evenly, and fold them repeatedly on the non-stick cloth. After repeated folding, use a rolling pin to flatten it.

10. After cooling down, cut into small pieces
