Dried radish is a relatively simple ingredient, but many people like to eat it. It is a delicious vegetarian dish that goes well with rice and has good nutritional value. Stir-fried dried radish

Ingredients: dried radish, minced garlic, red pepper, edamame, sugar, sesame oil. Method: 1. Soak the dried radish in water, wash it, drain it and cut it into dices. 2. Peel the garlic and mince. 3. Wash and drain the edamame and set aside. 4. Stir-fry the chili and minced garlic, add the edamame first, then add the dried radish and stir-fry. 5.Finally, drizzle with sesame oil and serve.

Tips and tricks: This dried radish is spicy and chewy, suitable for drinking. People with stomach discomfort should try to eat less.

Ingredients: 1 white radish, 1 small section of red radish, 1 scallion, a little sugar, salt, fried garlic, and chicken essence. Method: 1. Grate the red and white radishes into shreds; cut the scallions into two parts: green and white. 2. Heat oil in a pan, sauté scallion and carrot shreds until fragrant, then add white radish shreds and stir-fry. 3. When the color starts to become transparent and water comes out, add salt and chicken essence and stir-fry, then add sugar and continue stir-frying. 4. Add green onions and fried garlic before serving.

Tips 1: If you like sour food, you can add vinegar. If you like spicy food, you can replace carrots with red peppers. 2. Sometimes I also use water spinach instead of white radish, which is sweeter. It’s better if fried with lard!
