How to cook steamed chicken feet with dried oysters

1. Wash the chicken feet. Blanch in water (I put ginger slices, some white vinegar and cooking wine in the water to help remove the fishy smell)

2. Boil for 5 minutes after the water boils. Wash. Rinse with ice water. Remove and drain

3. Heat up a pan with oil. Half fry the chicken feet until the surface is slightly bubbling.

4. Soak in cold water for half an hour

5. Heat another pan with oil. Saute peppercorns, star anise and fermented black beans.
