How to make grilled fish with lemon and tomato sauce

1. Clean 1 red snapper; spread salt and black pepper evenly on both sides of the fish and inside its belly.

2. Place on a baking tray lined with tin foil, apply a layer of olive oil (not included in the amount) on the tin foil, sprinkle with lemon juice, and marinate for 15 to 30 minutes;

3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté onions, minced garlic and coriander.

4. Add white wine and stir-fry evenly;

5. Add diced tomatoes and stir fry evenly;

6. Add tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly again;

7. Continue to stir-fry until the soup becomes thick, then turn off the heat.

8. Pour the sauce over the fish and top with a few lemon slices;

9. Wrap the fish with tin foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes;

10. Open the tin foil, pour the soup on the fish, and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
