How to make golden corn cake

1.1 Take out the yolk of the salted duck egg, put it in a small bowl, add half a spoonful of white wine, and steam it in a pot for 15 minutes.

2.2 Prepare materials.

3.1 Add starch to the corn kernels, making sure each kernel is evenly coated with starch.

4.2 Use a spoon to grind the steamed egg yolk into powder, the finer the better. The egg yolks I bought this time were not ideal, and I added too much white wine, so it ended up turning into egg yolk mud.

5.1 Put the corn kernels covered with starch into the pot, fry until golden and crispy, then remove and drain the oil.

6.2 When the oil in the pan is hot, add the shrimp chips and remove from the oil after frying.

7. Leave some oil in the pan, stir-fry the peas and diced carrots and serve.

8. Put a spoonful of oil in the pot, add the salted egg yolk powder into the pot and stir-fry over low heat.

9. When the egg yolk starts to foam, add the corn kernels into the pan and stir-fry until each kernel is evenly coated with salted egg yolk; finally add the carrots and peas, stir-fry evenly and serve.

10. Cups of golden corn kernels.
