Chicken and Mushroom Stew

1.1 Boil water in a pot, put the chicken pieces in and blanch them, then take them out.

Then add the peppercorns, aniseed, bay leaves, onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, and light soy sauce. Continue to stir-fry for about 10 minutes until the chicken skin is oily.

5. When stewing the chicken, wash the soaked mushrooms and remove the roots.

6. When the soup is half reduced, add mushrooms and appropriate amount of salt, slightly increase the heat and continue stewing.

7. Stew until the chicken is tender and the soup is almost dry before serving.
