12. First dry the water in the pot, pour in the oil and heat it to 80% hot. When small bubbles appear in the middle, quickly pick up the raw dough with both hands, stretch it a few times, twist it a few times, put it into the oil, and turn down the heat. Fry for about a minute and then turn the heat to medium. Remember to constantly turn it over with dry chopsticks, because the dough sticks cook very quickly and will burn if you are not careful.
