1. Buy half a fish and bring it home. You can do the same if you buy a whole fish. Just separate it and steam half and marinate the other half. Isn't it great to have two ways of eating it? Otherwise, steam two slices at the same time for a more enjoyable experience.

2. Slice the fish fillet. Divide the ribs into small pieces, keeping the belly connected, and marinate with salt, cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, and chopped green onion and ginger.

3. Shape the marinated fish fillets and place them on a plate. Top the plate with ginger slices and scallion segments.

4. Steam in boiling water for eight minutes.

5. After the water boils, pour the steamed fish soy sauce again. Heat the oil in another pot and pour it on the fish fillets to stimulate the aroma.

6. You can add chopped green onions for decoration before serving.
