How to make steamed pork dumplings with mushrooms

There are many ways to eat, but you must eat some healthy food. To be healthy, you need to cook it yourself. The steamed dumplings with mushrooms and pork introduced below are very suitable for making.

1. Use an appropriate amount of flour. I used dried mushrooms, as I feel dried mushrooms are better for making stuffing. The minced meat I bought in the afternoon was too lean. It would be more fragrant if it was fatter.

2. Add warm water to the 1212 flour in small amounts several times and knead it into the shape of wheat ears. About half a pound of water is enough for 1 pound of flour.

4. Soak the mushrooms in hot water and cut into small cubes.

7. Finally, add a little sesame oil and soy sauce, stir well, and the filling is ready.

8. Divide the dough fermented with sugar into two parts and knead them into long strips.

9. Use a knife to cut the long strips into small pieces, the size depends on your preference.

10. Press the cut dough lightly with your hands.

11. Finally, roll the dough into dumpling skins and set aside.

12. The last step is to make dumplings. You can make them according to your own preferences.

13. Place the dumplings in the steamer and steam for about 20 minutes. They are done.

In fact, it is not particularly difficult to cook good dishes. It just requires effort. According to the above steps, prepare the ingredients and seasonings first, and then start making this mushroom pork steamed dumplings
