How to make red vegetables

The deterioration of living environment and the increase of study and work pressure are slowly eroding our health, so health preservation actions are urgent.

1. Peel off the dry and hard roots of Chinese mustard, remove the old and dead leaves, soak and wash them clean

2.1 Collect the Chinese mustard greens and cut them into small pieces. Prepare the seasonings in a small bowl: salt, soy sauce, red chili oil, ground pepper, and white sugar.

3.2 After controlling the water, dry it on a well-ventilated balcony to remove moisture until the stems and leaves become soft and slightly wilted (about 1 day)

4.1 Heat the iron pan, pour the seasoning in the small bowl into the pan and stir fry

5.2 Prepare the container, wash the jar, scald it with boiling water, dry it, and make sure it is free of water and oil.

6. Pour the chopped Chinese mustard greens into the pot, stir-fry quickly with your hands and spatula, and scatter until the chopped vegetables in the pot are hot.

7. Remove from heat and quickly put the chopped mustard greens into the jar, pressing them down as you go. After putting them in, quickly close the jar and put the lid on.

8. After sealing for one night, you can open the jar and eat it. When eating, add a little sesame oil and black bean sauce to mix it for a better taste.

It is not difficult to make Chongcai well, the difficult part is whether you have persistence. In fact, as long as you can thoroughly understand the methods and steps mentioned above, and persist, the "results" will appear immediately.
