5.2 Take a dozen peppercorns, 2-3 star anises and a cinnamon stick and put them into the seasoning box.

6. Pour the braised peanuts, soybeans and marinade into a clean large bowl and let cool.

7. Add chopped coriander and mix well.

8. Each time you eat, take out a portion on a small plate or bowl.
