How to make spicy noodles with kimchi hotpot

2. Put the noodles into boiling water and cook until 60% cooked. Remove from the heat and let cool for later use.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add pork belly when it is 50% hot, and stir-fry until golden brown and oil comes out.

4. Add kimchi and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

5. Pour in clear rice soup, rice washing water will also work.

6. Add kelp shreds, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, and enoki mushrooms and cook for 15 minutes.

7. Add soybean paste, chili sauce and beef powder and cook briefly.

8. Add noodles and cook for 2 minutes.

9. Finally, add bean sprouts and spinach, add light soy sauce, and cook for a while.
