One-day diet for 16-month-old babies

After six months of age, normal breast milk or formula can no longer meet the baby's nutritional needs, and complementary foods need to be added. Babies cannot eat salt before they are one year old. Method: Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt, chopped green onion and ginger, mix well; heat the pan, add a little oil, pour in the pork filling and stir-fry until it changes color; take a bowl of appropriate size, pour in the egg liquid, chopped onion and fried pork filling, mix well, put into the steamer and steam on low heat for 20 minutes, then serve.

4. Banana Applesauce

Ingredients: half a banana, half an apple, 1 spoon of rice flour, some milk

Method: Cut bananas into pieces; wash, peel and cut apples into pieces; put bananas, apples, rice flour and milk into a blender and blend into a paste.
