Many people have no appetite in summer and don’t want to eat any delicious food. In fact, this phenomenon is called summer bitterness. Symptoms of summer heat exist in most people, mainly because the weather is too hot in summer. Therefore, in summer, we should cook more dishes that are good for eating with rice, so that people will eat more. So what are some summer meal recipes?

First course: Minced meat and sour beans

Specific production method

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients. 200 grams of lean pork, 300 grams of sour beans, appropriate amount of chopped chili peppers and garlic.

Step 2: Chop the lean meat into minced meat, chop the sour beans and garlic and set aside.

Step 3: Add appropriate amount of base to the pot, put in the minced meat after the oil is hot, and then stir-fry until the minced meat turns white and cooked.

Step 4: Put the chopped chili into the pot and stir-fry until red oil comes out. Then put the minced garlic into the pot and stir-fry until fragrant.

Step 5: Put the sour beans into the pot and stir-fry evenly.

Step 6: Add two spoons of light soy sauce, a small spoon of white sugar, and a small spoon of chicken essence for seasoning, then drizzle a little sesame oil before serving.

Tips

1. To save time, you can directly choose pork filling.

2. If you can’t buy whole sour beans, you can go to the supermarket and buy a bag of crispy bean pickles, which taste similar.

3. No need to add salt to this dish.

Second course: Enoki mushrooms in tomato sauce

The enoki mushrooms in this dish are crispy and tender, and the taste is sweet and sour, which is appetizing. Even the soup is delicious. It is super delicious for soaking rice and it is very easy to make. It can be on the table in just ten minutes and the whole family will love it.

Specific production method

1. Wash the enoki mushrooms and remove the roots. Chop green and red peppers and mince garlic.

2. Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pot, add minced garlic when the oil is hot, and stir-fry until fragrant.

3. Add tomato sauce and stir-fry until red oil comes out.

4. Pour in appropriate amount of hot water.

5. Put the enoki mushrooms into the pot and bring to a boil, then start seasoning by adding salt, sugar and chicken essence.

6. Pour the cooked enoki mushrooms into a bowl.

7. Place the green and red peppers on top of the enoki mushrooms.

8. Change to a clean wok and pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the wok. Turn off the heat when the oil is about 60% to 70% hot, and pour the oil on the peppers.
