1. Put all the dough ingredients (240 ml milk, 45 ml olive oil, 5 ml salt, 30 ml sugar, 750 ml high-gluten flour, 1 teaspoon yeast) into the bread machine.

2. Use bread machine program 8 - kneading and fermentation, stir into a stretchable dough and let it ferment.

3. Fermentation is complete after one hour.

4. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface to release the air.

5. Divide into 12 pieces and roll into balls. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, divide the red bean paste filling into 12 equal portions.

6. Take a portion and roll it into a round cake shape, then fill it with red bean paste.

7. Pinch the edge to seal the dough and place it in the baking tray.

8. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the oven (the oven temperature knob is between 30 degrees and 40 degrees) for secondary fermentation.

9. After 50 minutes of fermentation, brush with milk.

10. Place in the middle layer of the preheated oven.

11. Bake at 190 degrees for about 20 minutes.
