Place the dried vegetables on the pork belly, pour the remaining soup into a bowl, cover with 1 tablespoon of crushed rock sugar, cover the bowl, put it on the steamer and steam over high heat. After boiling, turn to medium heat for about 40 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for a while before taking out 11. If there is too much soup, you can pour it out separately. If not, you can eat it directly. It is very simple to cover the plate.
