1. First, the ingredients and seasonings: 400g rice, 1 white radish, 150g pork belly, 10g dried oysters, 10g dried scallops, 10g dried shrimps, 6 pearl mushrooms, 5 shallots, 3 slices of ginger (1 slice of ginger cut into fine pieces), 1 shallot, seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon (3g) salt, 1 tablespoon (15ml) light soy sauce, 1 teaspoon (5ml) dark soy sauce, 2 teaspoons (10g) abalone sauce, 2 teaspoons (10ml) rice wine, about 400ml water

2.1 Rinse the pork belly and put it into the non-stick soup pot of the Magic 1 1 Nutrition Combination Pot. Add enough water to cover the meat, add ginger slices (2 slices), dark soy sauce, bring to a boil over high heat, skim off the foam, turn to medium heat and cook for about 25 minutes. When you can easily insert a chopstick, take it out, let it cool, slice it first, and then cut it into strips.

3.2 Rinse the dried oysters, clams, scallops, shrimps and mushrooms and soak them in clean water for 40 minutes. Wash and slice the shallots, mince the ginger (1 slice), chop the green onions, peel the white radish and cut it into bite-sized pieces.

4.1 Next, make shallot butter. In order to ensure a healthy and smokeless cooking process, we use the Fire Red Dot 2nd Generation Smokeless Wok. Pour oil into the wok (the amount of oil should be enough to just cover the onion slices), add the red onion slices, and stir-fry over medium-low heat until the onion slices change color (light brown) and become noticeably crispy. 5.2 After washing the rice, add salt and light soy sauce, pour in enough water to cover the rice (about 2 finger joints higher) and soak for 30 minutes. Slice the softened mushrooms

6.1 After the aroma is released, add the sliced ​​pork belly strips and fry until the meat becomes smaller and the color becomes darker.

7.2 Pour oil into the pot and add minced ginger when the oil is slightly hot

8. When there is a lot of oil, add the mushroom slices, soaked dried oysters, dried clams, scallops, and dried shrimps. Fry over high heat until fragrant. Pour in the rice wine and drained rice.

9. Add radish cubes

10. Continue to fry until fragrant, pour in water, add abalone sauce, stir well, turn to low heat, cover and simmer for about 20 minutes

11. When the rice is cooked, pour in 20ml of shallot butter along the edge of the pot, sprinkle with chopped shallots, and mix well.
