How to make red bean and mung bean syrup

Nowadays, many people have lost interest in cooking. In addition to being too busy at work, another big reason is that the cooking process is too complicated. In fact, the method of making red bean and mung bean syrup is very simple. It requires not many steps and you can learn it quickly as long as you are not too stupid.

1. Take appropriate amount of red beans and mung beans, wash them and put them into the stewing pot!

2. Add an appropriate amount of water, don’t fill it too full, because it will overflow when you add sugar later.

3. I use a stewing pot to stew the sugar water, which will take a longer time but tastes better. Boiling it will be faster but it will easily stick to the pot and burn! I would time it for 2.5 hours.

4. Add rock sugar after 4 hours and simmer for about another half an hour. Wait until the rock sugar is completely melted before eating!

5. A bowl of hot red bean and mung bean soup is ready. Do you see that the beans are sandy and it makes you drool!

For ourselves and our families, it is better for us to cook at home. Red bean and mung bean syrup is easy to make and anyone can learn it easily.
