How to make fruit pizza (flourless, pan version)

A reasonable diet is the only way for us to maintain good health. Many people neglect their diet due to busy work, which is actually not right. In fact, cooking by ourselves does not take up too much of our time. Fruit pizza (flourless, frying pan version) is easy to make and it is easy to learn even without any basic knowledge.

1. Wash the potatoes, cut them into large pieces and put them in a food-grade plastic bag. Put them in the microwave on high heat for 8 minutes. Take them out and mash them into a paste with a rolling pin. Put mashed potatoes and other ingredients together and set aside.

2. Pour a proper amount of cooking oil into the pan (cover the bottom of the pan), pour the mashed potatoes into the pan, spread them flat and heat them, and when the potato cakes can be shaken without falling apart by shaking the pan, use a fork to poke holes in the potato cakes.

3. Apply the sauce and egg liquid to the potato cakes (because my parents don’t like to eat the sauce outside, so I use strawberry jam instead)

4. Place the apple cubes and diced ham on the pizza base and sprinkle with your favorite seasonings. (I personally like the taste of cheese, so I sprinkled some cheese on it, but you can choose not to add it)

5. Use low heat when frying. When the edge of the egg liquid feels a little dry, add a small amount of dairy beverage or milk yogurt. Wait until it is absorbed and then add more until it is used up. When the egg liquid is almost solidified, turn off the heat.

6. Slowly scoop out the pizza from the edge and place it on a plate. (The pizza sprinkled with cheese can be put into the microwave for another two minutes to melt the cheese)

Although restaurants provide convenience for people, it is not a long-term solution after all. Fruit pizza (flourless, frying pan version) is easy to make and tastes very delicious.
