4. Beat the egg whites with an electric whisk until fish-eye bubbles appear, then add 1/4 of the sugar for the first time.

5. Continue beating until the egg white paste is thick and add 1/4 sugar for the second time

6. Continue beating until obvious lines appear, then add 1/4 sugar for the third time

7. Beat the egg whites until they are wet and foamy. Lift the whisk and you will see a small curved hook.

8. Put the beaten egg white paste in the refrigerator for later use

9. Add the last 1/4 of sugar to the egg yolk

10. Beat evenly with an electric whisk at low speed

11. Add corn oil to the egg yolk paste three times and beat quickly with a whisk until evenly mixed.

12. Beat thoroughly each time. Add the next batch of oil when the oil and egg are combined. The beaten egg yolk paste should be very thick and delicate, without oil and egg separation.

13. Pour the yogurt into the egg yolk paste obtained in the previous step

14. Continue to beat with a whisk at low speed until smooth

15. Mix the ordinary flour, corn starch and baking powder and sift them into the yogurt and egg yolk mixture in the previous step.

16. Use a rubber spatula to quickly stir evenly.

17. Cook until smooth and without particles. No need to stir excessively. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

18. Pour 1/3 of the egg white batter into the egg yolk batter

20. After mixing well, pour it all back into the egg white bowl

21. Use a rubber spatula to quickly stir and evenly mix to get a fine cake batter.

Slowly pour the cake batter from the center of the baking pan into the baking pan lined with tin foil, shake it up and down three times to break up the large bubbles, let it stand for one or two minutes, and bake it in the upper middle layer of the preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 30 minutes.

23. When the surface is golden brown and there is no rustling sound or flow when you press it with your hand, it is ready to be taken out of the oven.

24. After it cools down slightly, carefully turn the cake upside down on new baking paper and slowly peel off the tin foil at the bottom.

25. Then turn the cake over so that it faces up.

26. Use a cake cutter to cut off the four sides to get a rectangle.

27. Then cut the cake vertically into strips about 2 cm wide.
