How to make cake roll (small four roll)

If you often go to restaurants for convenience and end up having gastrointestinal problems or diseases, it is not worth it. For the sake of our health, we'd better learn some home cooking methods and make them at home. The method of making cake rolls (small four rolls) is simple and most people can learn it quickly.

1. Separate the egg whites and egg yolks and place them in large bowls without water or oil.

2. Add 10 grams of fine sugar to the egg yolk and stir well.

3. Add corn oil and mix well.

4. Add water (or milk) and stir well.

5. Sift in low-gluten flour.

6. Stir well and the egg yolk paste is ready. Set aside.

7. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the egg whites.

8. Use an electric whisk to beat the egg whites until they form coarse bubbles. Add 1/3 of fine sugar and continue beating.

9. Next, add fine sugar in two batches and beat.

10. Beat at high speed first until a slight texture appears, then switch to low speed and beat until wet foam forms and the whisk has a large curved hook when lifted.

11. Add the egg whites to the egg yolk paste three times and stir. Add the next batch of egg white paste after each batter is stirred evenly.

12. Stir well now.

13. Line the baking tray with baking paper, pour the batter into the baking tray, shake it slightly to remove the bubbles. If there are bubbles on the surface, you can pick them out with a toothpick.

14. Place it in the middle layer of the preheated oven, bake at 175 degrees for 18 minutes.

15. Shake the cake out of the oven, take it out together with the wax paper, and tear off the wax paper around it.

16. Cut off the edges of the cake and spread jam on it. I used mulberry jam.

17. Roll up the cake.

18. After rolling and fixing it, cut it into pieces with a knife.

19. I don’t cut it thickly here. If you want to eat big chunks, cut it bigger.

20. Simple and delicious.

21. It tastes good.
