1. Separate the egg white and yolk. It is not difficult to have grease and water in the egg white bowl.

2. Weigh the water and oil and set aside. Preheat the oven in advance to 10 degrees Celsius for top and 150 degrees Celsius for bottom.

3. Beat egg white, sugar, tartar powder and salt until it becomes a cocktail.

4. Mix water, oil, sifted low flour, starch, and milk powder. Mix well until there is no dry powder.

5. Add egg yolk and stir gently.

6. Beat the egg white until it becomes a cocktail shape.

7. Add egg whites to the mayonnaise in batches. Stir from bottom to top.

8. Do not stir. Just stir thoroughly.

9. Pour into a 60X40 mold pan and bake at 190°C for top heat and 150°C for 23 minutes. Turn over after 15 minutes.

11. After the cake is baked, take it out and let it cool completely before rolling it up. Spread blueberry cream filling inside. Roll it up and refrigerate for 5 minutes. Be careful not to scratch the surface of the cake.
