8. Add a few drops of lemon juice or white vinegar to the separated egg whites and prepare to beat them.

9. Beat the egg white until it becomes a fish-eye bubble and add the remaining sugar

10. After adding sugar, continue to beat the egg white at high speed

11. Beat until the egg white can stand upright, as shown in the picture.

12. Beat the egg whites, add one third of them into the egg yolk paste, mix well, do not stir, just stir.

13. After mixing well, pour it into the beaten egg whites and stir well. During the stirring process, press the cooking button on the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker to heat for 3 minutes.

15. After the inner pot is preheated, take it out, pour in the batter, and sprinkle a few raisins

16. Shake it a few times, put it in the pan, and press the cake button

17. After about 35 minutes, it will stop automatically, which means it is cooked. Take out the inner pot and drop it onto the wire rack from a height of 20 cm.

18. After natural cooling, it will be automatically demoulded

19. Cut it open and see, it's not bad
