How to make puree cake

1. Melt the butter and beat until it turns light yellow.

2. Add egg yolk, stir well and beat until slightly fluffy.

3. Sift in low flour

4. Peel and core 250 grams of apples. Use a food processor to make puree. After the puree is 250 grams, add it to the egg yolk liquid and low flour and mix well.

5. Add sugar to egg whites three times and beat until hard foam

6. Take one-third of the egg whites and add them to the puree, stir evenly, then pour in all the egg whites and stir evenly. During the stirring process, be sure to stir clockwise along the edge of the bowl to prevent the egg whites from defoaming.

7. Pour into a mold that has been greased and powdered in advance, set aside, bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, and preheat for 5 minutes. Take out and let cool

Eating too much outside will also affect your health. Many greasy foods can cause gastrointestinal discomfort, so learn to make fruit puree cake at home. Practice makes perfect.
