How to make cocoa roll toast

If you often go to restaurants for convenience and end up having gastrointestinal problems or diseases, it is not worth it. For the sake of our health, we'd better learn some home cooking methods and make them at home. Cocoa roll toast is simple to make and most people can learn it quickly.

1. Put all ingredients except butter, cocoa powder and auxiliary water into the bread bucket at once.

2. Stir into snowflake shape and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

3. Start the kneading mode and add butter.

4. Knead it into the dough completely, and stir while cutting with scissors.

5. Fermentation after leaving the film.

6. When it is twice as big, it should not shrink or collapse when you poke a hole in it with your hand.

7. After exhausting, divide it into two parts, large and small. Relax for a quarter of an hour.

8. Add cocoa powder and auxiliary water to make a paste.

9. Add in small amounts in batches, knead well each time before adding the next.

10. Knead until fully mixed.

11. Roll them into rectangles and stack them together.

12. Roll it up and put it into the mold for the second roll.

13. When it is 90% full, brush with egg liquid, preheat the oven to 180 degrees for 35 minutes, and cover with tin foil in the middle.
