How to make milk mousse

The pressure at work should not be an excuse for us not to cook for ourselves. After all, eating out is only a stopgap measure. It is more practical to learn how to make some home-cooked dishes by ourselves. The method of making milk mousse is actually very simple, and it is not difficult even for a novice in cooking to learn it.

1. Prepare all the necessary ingredients.

2. Remove the filling from the Oreo cookies, put them into a bag and crush them with a rolling pin for later use.

3. Heat the butter in the microwave for 7-8 seconds until completely melted.

4. Pour the butter into the biscuit crumbs and mix well.

5. Pour the mixed biscuit powder into a 6-inch mold, compact it, and put it in the refrigerator.

6. Pour the milk into the gelatin powder and stir evenly to make foam for a while.

7. Heat water in a pot, stir the gelatin constantly until it is completely melted and there are no particles. Take it out and set it aside to slowly cool for later use.

8. Add sugar to the cream and beat until it is 70% to 80% cooked and has obvious patterns.

9. Pour the yogurt into the whipped cream and mix well.

10. Pour in the warm gelatin liquid, stir evenly, and the mousse paste is ready.

11. Pour the mixed mousse paste into the mold containing Oreo cookies, shake out the bubbles, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours.

12. Make a mirror surface. Add 50 grams of warm water to the gelatin powder and let it foam for a while.

13. Keep stirring over water until it is completely melted and there are no particles.

14. Add sugar to 50 grams of milk and stir until melted. Pour the warm gelatin liquid into the milk and stir evenly.

15. Take out the refrigerated mousse cake, gently pour the prepared mirror liquid along the edge, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2 hours.

16. Use a cylindrical object to pad the bottom of the mold, and apply a hair dryer or hot towel around the mold, and it will be easy to remove from the mold.

17. The milk mousse cake is ready. I sprinkled some nut chocolate chips on the mirror surface as decoration.

Milk mousse is easy to make, and the essence lies in the preparation of the sauce. If you like sweet and sour taste, you can add some tomato or apple cider vinegar and pour it on the dish, and the dish will immediately become a meal.
