How to cook shrimp and rapeseed

After a busy day of work and study, it is really tiring to prepare dinner with an hungry body. The recipe of shrimp and rapeseed is simple and easy to learn. All you need is a wok. No need to fry, deep-fry or stew. Just serve it with clear soup and you can enjoy the delicious taste.

1. Soak the rapeseed in salt for 10 minutes, then wash and cut in half for later use.

2. After thawing the shrimps, remove the fishy texture, wash them, put them in a bowl, add three spoons of cooking wine, 1/4 spoon of salt, one spoon of starch, a small amount of onion, ginger and garlic, mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Place the marinated shrimps on a plate, add 2 tablespoons of steamed fish soy sauce, add cold water to half the size of the shrimps, and steam in a steamer for 7 minutes after the water boils.

4. Take out the shrimps and set aside. Add a few drops of oil, vinegar and a spoonful of salt to the hot water in the pot, blanch the rapeseed, remove from the water, and place on a plate.

5. Put the steamed shrimps into a rapeseed plate, pour the remaining steaming juice into a bowl, add two spoons of starch, half a spoon of salt, two spoons of cooking wine, and appropriate amount of water, stir evenly to make a sauce.

6. Heat olive oil in a pan, add the prepared starch sauce and cook until it becomes thick (a little thinner), then turn off the heat; use a small spoon to pour the starch sauce over the arranged shrimps and rapeseed.

7. The finished product is ready to serve.
