How to make white radish and meat stuffed buns

3. Add appropriate amount of salt, five-spice powder, pepper, sesame oil and chopped green onion to the shredded white radish, vermicelli and diced pork belly, mix well and the bun filling is ready.

4. Let the dough rise until it is twice its original size.

5. Knead the dough again to release the air.

6. Roll the noodles into long strips and cut into equal-sized pieces.

7. Roll the dough into a dough that is thick in the middle and thin at the edges.

8. Add radish vermicelli and meat filling to make dumplings.

9. Wrap them one by one. Let the wrapped buns sit for fifteen minutes to allow for a second fermentation, then put them into the steamer, add cold water, turn on high heat until the steam comes up, and steam on low heat for ten minutes.
