Salt-baked chicken and braised egg clay pot rice recipe

When you are away from home, you cannot eat home-cooked meals and start to miss the meals you used to despise. In fact, a dish like salt-baked chicken and braised egg clay pot rice is suitable for you when you are away from home. The ingredients required for this dish are relatively common and the method is simple. It can be completed in half an hour and let you feel the taste of home.

1. Steam for 15 to 20 minutes and cut into pieces

2. Wash the chicken legs, cut two cuts on the back, apply salt-baked chicken powder and marinate for about an hour.

3. Cook the rice over medium heat

4. Clean the pot, wipe it dry and apply a little oil. Rinse the rice and pour it into the pot. Add appropriate amount of water (if you put your index finger vertically, the water level should reach half of the first section of your index finger).

5. Turn down the heat when the rice is coagulating

6. Add the chicken legs and marinated eggs, pour the extra soup from the steamed salt-baked chicken, cover the pot and simmer for ten minutes.

7. After ten minutes, pour a little oil on the side of the pot, add the lettuce, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onions.

8. Delicious
