How to make colorful wontons

A bowl of fragrant and colorful wontons is sure to make you salivate, and it is not difficult to make. The key to this dish is that the ingredients must be fresh and the cooking time must be well controlled. Add the local unique onion oil, and you will definitely want to eat it every day. Reminder: You can add some light soy sauce when making it, the color will look better.

1. Wash the bell peppers, remove the stems, chop them, and use a juicer to squeeze the juice for later use.

2. Mix the squeezed bell pepper juice into dough, and then mix it with a piece of ordinary dough (divide the egg white into 4 parts and pour them into the bell pepper juice and water respectively). Knead the dough until smooth and put it in a mixing bowl to let it rise.

3. While the dough is resting, prepare the meat filling. The pork filling is the minced meat. Chop the onion and mince the ginger and pour them into a small bowl. Then add the Vinda soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, five-spice powder, pepper water, and peanut oil into the bowl and stir clockwise until evenly mixed. Adjust the seasoning according to individual taste.

4. Blanch the mushrooms, wash, let cool, and chop.

5. Pour the chopped mushrooms into the minced meat and mix well.

6. Roll the dough into a large sheet and then cut it into small cubes. Try not to cut it too big, as the wontons will not look good if it is cut too big.

7. Take a piece of dough, put the filling on it, fold the two sides of the dough in half, and pinch the edges.

8. Then circle the two unpinched corners inward and pinch them tightly, and the wonton is wrapped.

9. Wrap all the wontons one by one. Here is a beautiful picture.

10. Add water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the wontons into the pot and cook them. After boiling, cook for 3-5 minutes and then remove them from the pot.

11. Put seaweed in a bowl, add some Weidam soy sauce, scoop some wonton soup into the bowl, then put the wontons in, and cook a bowl of wontons*^_^*
