Pasta Sauce and Pasta Recipes

Office workers are usually too busy at work to take care of themselves, so they may choose to eat out, which can easily have a negative impact on their health over time. In fact, many dishes are very simple, such as the recipes of spaghetti sauce and pasta, which are very suitable for making at home after get off work.

1. Prepare the ingredients, wash them and set aside.

2. Chop tomatoes and onions into small pieces and prepare the sauce.

3. Use a blender to puree tomatoes, onions and garlic.

4. Mix the residue and juice together.

5. Dice mushrooms and onions into strips.

6. Put oil in the pan and fry the minced meat. When the water is dry, add mushrooms and diced onions and stir-fry. Add appropriate amount of salt, pepper, butter and white sugar.

7. Pour the shaken sauce into the pot and simmer over low heat until the sauce becomes thick.

8. It’s ready to be served.

9. Cook pasta. Pasta is harder and needs to be cooked longer. Decide the softness or hardness of the pasta according to your taste.

10. Rinse with cold water after cooking.

11. Take it out and put it in a container for later use.

12. Put a small piece of butter in the pan, add onion strips, add appropriate amount of pepper and stir-fry.

13. Add the cooked pasta into the pot and stir-fry together.

14. Place on a plate and pour the fried Italian sauce on top. Let’s eat!

Spaghetti sauce and pasta are simple to make and can be prepared in no time. They are suitable for people with a fast pace of life and busy work, and do not interfere with work or study.
