How to make homemade cold noodles

Busy work makes many people lose interest in cooking for themselves, and they just eat out every day to fill their stomachs. However, the result of doing so is that their health is in a sub-healthy state and they become more prone to illness. Homemade cold noodles are easy to make and can help improve the body's resistance and better maintain health.

1. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot. While waiting for it to boil, cut the garlic into garlic cloves and put them in a small bowl for later use. At the same time, wash and cut the green peppers and tomatoes and place them on the chopping board.

2. Put the noodles into boiling water and cook for about 3-5 minutes (depending on personal taste). When cooked, remove from the water, rinse with cold water and serve. Add soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, and 18 fresh spices to the bowl with garlic, add an appropriate amount of boiling water for cooking noodles, and set aside to cool. Pour out most of the water used to cook the noodles, put the tomatoes in the remaining water, and boil over high heat for 1-2 minutes until the tomato juice appears. Pour into another bowl and set aside. Pour a proper amount of vegetable oil into the pot, stir-fry the green peppers until cooked, then pour directly into the plate with noodles and stir.

3. Add tomatoes and seasonings in the bowl one by one and stir well. It can be eaten immediately or allowed to cool completely before consumption.
