15. Ferment again until it is 1.5 times larger than the original size.

16. Brush the surface with egg liquid and sprinkle some sesame seeds for decoration.

17. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees, bake on the middle layer with upper and lower heat for 15 minutes.

18. Bake until the surface of the bread is golden brown.
