How to cook quail eggs with mushrooms

The taste of life lies in enjoying a delicious dish that suits you and having a meal together in harmony with your family. Braised quail eggs with shiitake mushrooms is a very simple dish, but it is suitable for home cooking and does not require too much seasoning.

1. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in advance, remove the stems and clean them. Wash the red pepper, onion, ginger, garlic and quail eggs.

2. Cut red pepper into small pieces, chop ginger and garlic, and chop green onion.

3. Boil the quail eggs in cold water.

4. Take out the fish, soak it in cold water to cool and peel it.

5. Heat a proper amount of oil in a pan, add quail eggs and fry until they become tiger skin-like.

6. Serve.

7. Add a little water to starch and mix well.

8. Heat some oil in the pan (the oil for frying quail eggs), add ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then pour in the shiitake mushrooms and quail eggs and stir-fry.

9. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar and stir-fry until colored and flavorful.

10. Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for about ten minutes.

11. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens, add small pieces of red pepper and a little salt and stir well.

12. Pour in starch juice to thicken and stir-fry quickly.

13. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with some chopped green onions.

14. Ready to eat.
