Cold Spinach with Nuts

   Pick and wash the spinach thoroughly.

   Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add the spinach.

   Blanch the spinach until cooked, then drain.

   Prepare peanuts.

   Heat oil in a pan and fry peanuts.

   Take a small bowl, add all the seasonings, stir well and set aside.

   Arrange the spinach and peanuts on a plate.
