How to make XO sauce bone soup rice noodles

1. Cut off the head and tail of the mung bean sprouts and wash them together with the chicken greens.

2.1 Bring water to a boil, add green bean sprouts and chicken greens, blanch until cooked, remove from the water, cool, drain and set aside

3.2 Soak the dried shiitake mushrooms in water and cut them into thin strips for later use. Cut the button mushrooms into slices.

4. Drain the water from soaking the mushrooms, remove impurities, put it into a clean pot together with the shredded mushrooms and shiitake mushroom slices, bring to a boil over high heat, add an appropriate amount of bone broth, when the water boils again, add the rice noodles and cook for 1 minute, add the blanched vegetables and an appropriate amount of salt, turn off the heat and serve.
