1. Seasoning map (soy sauce, vinegar, buy bottled ones, don’t buy dark or light soy sauce)

2. Accessories (cut ginger and garlic into slices for later use)

3. Remove the cucumber pulp and cut into thick strips

4. Wash the peppers, cut into strips and drain the water for later use

5. Marinate the cucumbers with salt for 24 hours. Put a sieve in a basin and put the pickled cucumbers in to control the moisture.

6. Add seasonings (soy sauce, vinegar, MSG, sugar) into the pot without salt, bring to a boil, pour into a basin and let cool naturally.

7.Put all ingredients into a sauce bowl and mix well.

8. Heat a little oil in a wok on the fire.

9. Pour it into the pot of pickled cucumbers to enhance the flavor and seal the sauce.

10. Finally, seal the mouth of the bowl with plastic wrap. After 24 hours, the delicious pickled cucumbers can be eaten.

11. Pickled cucumbers are suitable for breakfast and dinner with porridge. The sauce is strong and slightly spicy.
