7. After adding the sweet noodle sauce, stir frequently to prevent it from sticking to the pan. Fry until the sauce flavor comes out.

8. Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry over medium heat until the chicken pieces are evenly coated with the sweet bean sauce. Pour in cooking wine and an appropriate amount of dark soy sauce. Add a little at first to see if the color suits your taste. Then add an appropriate amount of salt and sugar and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

9. Pour in an appropriate amount of water to cover the chicken pieces. Stir-fry evenly, then reduce the heat, cover the pot and simmer for 8-10 minutes, until the chicken is soft and tender to your taste.

10. Add all the vegetable pieces and stir-fry evenly.

11. When the vegetables are cooked, taste them and add salt to taste.

12. Cook over high heat until the sauce thickens. Pour in appropriate amount of sesame oil for flavoring and it’s ready to serve!
