9. Put the Chinese cabbage into the sautéed dried shrimps, add appropriate amount of salt and mix well to make the filling.

10. Roll the dough into a round skin that is thick in the middle and thin around the edges, wrap the fillings in it, and fold it to make the bun dough.

11. Place the raw buns in the steamer and let them sit for 20 minutes.

12. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes, turn off the heat, open the lid after 3 minutes and serve.
