Steamed tofu with shrimp and egg

4. Add warm water and beat several times. The ratio of water to egg is 3:1

6. Place the marinated shrimps on the tofu slices.

7. Pour the egg liquid slowly into the plate.

8. Put it in the steamer, steam it over high heat without covering the pot. After the water in the steamer boils, cover the pot and steam for another 10 minutes.

9. Steam until cooked, add sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped green onions, mix well when eating.
