1. Soak the tofu in water after buying it. Chop pork, fish and salted fish, and chop green onions

3. Cut the tofu in half and cut it into six equal pieces.

6. Heat over high heat first (about 30 seconds), then turn to medium-low heat and fry slightly. Sprinkle about 50 ml of salt water, cover and simmer for 4 minutes. Then sprinkle 50 ml of salt water and simmer for 4 minutes. Move the pan from time to time during frying to ensure that the tofu is evenly heated.
