Therefore, they are loved by many people, but they should not be consumed in excess, otherwise it will be counterproductive.

1. Bitter melon

Bitter melon and bitter melon belong to the same variety. Bitter melon is mostly produced in the south, while bitter melon is mostly produced in the north. The color of bitter melon looks lighter and whiter, and it is fatter than bitter melon, and its skin is smoother. It is mostly used for cooking and making soup.

2. European Zucchini

4. Bitter Melon

The bitter melon is more emerald green in color, has more distinct stripes on the surface, and tastes more bitter. Bitter melon contains a large amount of momordica glycosides and bitter substances, which can effectively increase appetite, strengthen the spleen and stimulate the appetite. The bioalkaloid substance quinine contained in it has the effects of diuresis, blood circulation, anti-inflammatory and fever-reducing, and clearing the mind and improving eyesight.

5. Water cucumber

That is the cucumber we usually see. Cucumber is also called melon. It is not a specialty of our country. Chinese medicine believes that cucumber can clear away heat and promote diuresis, detoxify and reduce swelling, and promote fluid production and quench thirst. It is mainly used to treat symptoms such as fever and thirst, sore throat, wind-heat eye diseases, damp-heat jaundice, and difficulty urinating. When eating cucumbers in summer, pay attention to washing them thoroughly. Cucumbers are cold in nature, so do not eat cucumbers directly from the refrigerator to avoid hurting your stomach.

6. Loofah

Luffa is native to India and was introduced to my country during the Yuan Dynasty. Loofah is one of the main fruit vegetables in summer and autumn. The loofah is edible when it is young. The flesh is delicate and soft, with a fresh and smooth taste. It can be stir-fried or cooked in soup and it tastes delicious.
