How to make homemade autumn pear paste

1. Wash the snow pear and cut into small pieces; wash and cut the old ginger into shreds, and wash the dried red dates and set aside.

2.1 Pour all ingredients into the pot and add rock sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat and then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.

3.2 Pour the pear pieces, shredded ginger and red dates into a food processor and blend into a fine paste.

4.1 Pour the filtered juice back into the pot, add the ground Fritillaria powder and mix well.

5.2 Use a strainer to filter and squeeze, filter out the pomace and take the juice.

6. Continue to simmer over low heat for about 60 minutes.

7. Turn off the heat when the pear juice becomes thick.

8. After cooling, pour in honey and mix evenly. Store in a sealed container and drink whenever you want.
