1. Mix flour and water and knead into a smooth dough and let it rest for half an hour

3. Add ginger, garlic, salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and starch to the minced meat and mix well. Then add vermicelli and finally cabbage.

4. Add the dough, knead it evenly, cut it into small pieces, then roll it into large round pieces and wrap it with meat filling.

5. Fold the dough in half
