Straight bamboo shoots are those that are spread out for drying, curved bamboo shoots are those that are rubbed and bent before drying, and flat bamboo shoots are those that are dried while being pressed with a wooden board. Dried bamboo shoots slices are mainly made of hairy bamboo shoots. Since hairy bamboo shoots are relatively thick, they must be sliced ​​before drying.
